OUR SHIPPING PROMISE
Place your order online before 1pm GMT (Monday - Friday) and we will dispatch your item same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day after.
On a select number of products, the lead time can be longer, this will be stated on products when added to cart, if you would like to confirm this, please contact our customer support team.
If you order a wood coating paint to a specific retail colour this may have to be colour matched and to get this accurate, lead times may be longer. Contact our team for an update.
You will get a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery is usually next day to all UK mainland. This only applies to all items marked `In Stock` on our website. If there is any delay you will be informed by email/telephone. If an item is not in stock in our main warehouse we will do all we can to get this to you as soon as possible. If the order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday we will process and dispatch the order on the next working day.

Important information regarding Paint & Solvent Deliveries
All paint and solvent products above 5 Litre in size are packed on to pallets due to the legislation involved in transporting solvents. The delivery costs for a pallet are higher than parcel deliveries and this is shown at the checkout.
Restricted Access
Please contact us if your or delivery address has restricted access and may not accommodate a
HGV truck. Failure to advise us
of restricted access may result in a requirement for you to pay additional
carrier charges.
Missing / Damaged Items & Proof of Delivery
The Ultrimax goal is to always deliver on time and in full for every order. If however you find an item missing or damaged please contact Ultrimax within 48 hours from delivery. Notifications for Items damaged or missing after this time period will not be accepted.
Ultrimax can also provide you with a POD (Proof of Delivery) for your order if required, please contact us within 14 days from point of order to arrange this. Requests after this time period cannot be accepted and the customer will be liable for the delivery.

Jotun Penguard Express MIO is a fast drying metal primer paint, high solids two pack micaceous iron oxide pigmented epoxy coating which may be applied in high film thickness and at lower temperatures.
The iron oxide pigmentation provides an extra layer of rust protection over similar products such as Penguard Express.
For use as an anti corrosive primer and/or intermediate coating for corrosion protection of steel and other substrates in atmospheric exposure where fast dry-to-recoat and dry-to-handle times are desired. Can be used alone or in various systems of primers & topcoats.

Penguard Express MIO Product description
This is a two component amine cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, high solids, high build product. Specially designed for new construction where fast dry to handle and over coating times are required. Can be used as a metal primer paint, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments where a lower temperature can be expected.
Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, aluminium, concrete and galvanised steel substrates. It can be applied at sub zero
surface temperatures.
Approvals and certificates
Pre-qualification testing in accordance with NORSOK M-501, Rev. 5, System 1, suitable for exterior exposure in offshore environment, below 120 °C.
Tested in accordance with ISO 12944-5, C5-High environment

Brush: Recommended for stripe coating and small areas. Care must be taken to achieve the

If you find you do need to return an item, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. The product should be returned to us unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.
