Ultrimax Store’s range of Wood Stains offers the perfect partners for wood and timber staining, to enhance and protect surfaces or simply give an outstanding finish. Ultrimax’s range includes both the Sayerlack and Ultrimax brands, with a range of products that works on interiors and outdoor environments.

Sayerlack’s Water Based White Liming Stain can be used directly or thinned with water up to 50% and used with spray guns, over basecoats. Post-application and drying, the liming can be removed with steel wool to reveal an antique finish. Complete with a clear topcoat.

For larger, exterior timber projects, the Ultrimax Exterior Wood Preserver Stain comes in a rich, Dark Walnut for deep, long-lasting colour and protection against the elements. Penetrating deeply to protect against moisture, UV damage and weathering, the Ultrimax Exterior Wood Preserve works well on wooden garden structures, like decking and fencing.

For paint professionals that are looking for an extra special finish, the Sayerlack Waterborne Pigmented Paste is available in 1kg pots and can bring a highly stylised finish to wood working projects. Metalised, these Sayerlack Pastes offer silver and gold colours that can be used to create special effects, particularly when mixed with clear or pigmented water-based coatings.

How long do orders take to be shipped?

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm will be sent the next working day. Please note, color-matched paints may take longer - contact us for delivery details. The website will indicate any products with extended lead times.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently have a depot in Doncaster which ships orders out to Mainland UK and also a depot in Antrim in Northern Ireland which ships orders out to our Ireland customers. We currently do not ship to any other countries.
