Product Description

Sayerlack Water Based Lacquer AF72

The Sayerlack AF72 water based lacquer is a clear self-sealer for interiors which ensures good chemical resistance, hardness, transparency and resistance to thermoplasticity. It has been tested and performs to FIRA 6250 severe use rating.

For a product which offers durability and resistance, coupled with total safety for both the environment and the user, you cannot go far wrong with Sayerlack AF72 water based lacquer. Don't be deceived by the milk-like appearance of the product when it is in the tin; Sayerlack AF72 water based lacquer offers a tough finish which is capable of standing up to chemicals. Despite its off-white colour, it also offers a finish which is completely transparent and does not yellow.

Sayerlack Water Based Lacquer delivers high performance, with a finish which offers the twin benefits of hardness and optimum clarity. Sayerlack Water Based Lacquer is favoured by those treating furniture indoors, and offers the advantage of being quick to dry. Why choose a solvent based lacquer which could have an environmental impact, when you have Sayerlack Water Based Lacquer which can offer even better performance and enhanced stack times?

Sayerlack Water Based Lacquer AF72 is not flammable, is completely compliant with regulations for volatile organic compounds, and is also low odour. It is self sealing, and offers a quick build up rate thanks to its high solid content. So what are you waiting for? For a high performance self-sealer with a range of environmental benefits, try Sayerlack Water Based Lacquer today and see how your furniture can retain its natural look while reaping all the benefits which come with a durable and resistant lacquer.

Sayerlack Hydrophobic AF72

Hydroplus AF72 is a clear, self-sealer for interiors which ensures good chemical resistance, hardness, transparency and resistance to thermoplasticity. Thanks to the contents of acrylic/polyurethane resins and to its properties of excellent pore marking, it is particularly suitable for two coat systems for open pore.

AF72 may be tinted with small quantities of waterbased stains from series AC600 or AC1810 for more colour depth of the finishing. Good vertical hold and hardness, together with good chemical resistance, make AF72 suitable for application on house stairs; in this case, we recommend crosslinking AF72 with 1% of a blend of XA4080 and water at 50%. For best chemical-physical properties, also add 3% of XA4095 for double crosslinking. Stir the blend well, possibly under mechanical stirring, and do not exceed recommended dosage.
