The reverse jet filter is designed to collect paint particulate after dry powder coating. The jet mechanism fires a reverse thrust of air back through the spray booth filter to dislodge stuck particulate and drop it into the waiting hopper below ready for waste disposal.

Dry filter spray booths use layered filters to capture paint particulates, effectively separating them from the air moving through the exhaust system of the booth. Water wash booths perform the same task but use a water curtain to trap overspray, separating it from the moving air. This paint particulate is then dropped into a collection tank.

Water wash spray booths are typically used by product manufacturers that, specific to their industry, work in a number of spray-painting environments. These are industries that have a particular need for equipment that removes paint particulate from a work area.

Through the use of a uni-flow air distribution system, box ovens are able to distribute heated air on both sides of the unit. This is essentially heat transfer technology, or a highly efficient use of heat. The advantage to this system is two-fold – heat efficiency means energy saving and cost saving.
