OUR SHIPPING PROMISE
Place your order online before 2pm GMT (Monday - Friday) and we will dispatch your item same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day after.
On a select number of products, the lead time can be longer, this will be stated on products when added to cart, if you would like to confirm this, please contact our customer support team.
If you order a wood coating paint to a specific retail colour this may have to be colour matched and to get this accurate, lead times may be longer. Contact our team for an update.
You will get a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery is usually next day to all UK mainland. This only applies to all items marked `In Stock` on our website. If there is any delay you will be informed by email/telephone. If an item is not in stock in our main warehouse we will do all we can to get this to you as soon as possible. If the order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday we will process and dispatch the order on the next working day.

Important information regarding Paint & Solvent Deliveries
All paint and solvent products above 5 Litre in size are packed on to pallets due to the legislation involved in transporting solvents. The delivery costs for a pallet are higher than parcel deliveries and this is shown at the checkout.
Restricted Access
Please contact us if your or delivery address has restricted access and may not accommodate a
HGV truck. Failure to advise us
of restricted access may result in a requirement for you to pay additional
carrier charges.
Missing / Damaged Items & Proof of Delivery
The Ultrimax goal is to always deliver on time and in full for every order. If however you find an item missing or damaged please contact Ultrimax within 48 hours from delivery. Notifications for Items damaged or missing after this time period will not be accepted.
Ultrimax can also provide you with a POD (Proof of Delivery) for your order if required, please contact us within 14 days from point of order to arrange this. Requests after this time period cannot be accepted and the customer will be liable for the delivery.

Andreae Team is the inventor and original manufacturer of the accordion style, pleated paper filter for spray booth exhaust filtration. Also known as the organ filter, gopher card, fluted card filter, painter's paper and concertina, Andreae Filters are used around the world in the Liquid Finishing Industry.
Andreae filters are able to hold more paint particles than other filter types available and are widely used in industrial, aerospace and metal fabrication applications. Maintain a clean air working environment for your spray booths with this accordion-style filter, also suitable for air conditioning devices and low bake ovens.
The universal industrial spray booth filter, supplied in 0.9m x 9m lengths. Concertina, perforated cardboard paint filters provide lower airflow resistance to maintain high and uniformed airflow around the spray area. Easily installed, the cardboard filter lasts around 3-5 times longer than standard polyester or fibreglass.
For Maximum filtration, ensure that the peaks are around 4 cm apart.
The concertina spray booth filter captures any wet solids or liquid particles including high solid enamels, baked and air-dried enamels, oils, stains, glues, fibreglass, lacquers, epoxies, asphalts, tar, clear coats, Teflon, etc.
Guaranteed worker safety:
To ensure a spray booth is operating to its maximum ability, the spray booth environment must be properly sealed. An air system will create the optimum airflow for a booth but this airflow must be properly filtered to protect the quality of items painted in the spray booth and the booth workers. A spray booth concertina filter effectively filters the air to prevent harmful chemicals and particles being breathed in by individuals both inside and outside the booth. This creates a safe work environment for workers and reduces any major health and safety risks.

If you find you do need to return an item, we will accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. The product should be returned to us unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.
