Jotun Paints Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent - 18.5L

Jotun Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint is a one component waterborne acrylic thin film heat resistant coating. Independently approved for fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire. Can be used as mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel substrates. On contact with fire or intense heat this paint bubbles, foams and expands to engulf the fire which for 90 minutes will protect the structural integrity of the steel it is protecting. This action provides life saving time to exit a structure or building in the event of fire.Jotun Steelmaster 1200WF is specially designed as passive fire protection for steel constructions. To be used as part of a complete system for interior environments up to C3.

Jotun Paints Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint is specially designed as reactive fire protection systems for steel constructions. Designed to protect up to 180 minutes on a wide range of I section beams and columns. Suitable for structural steel exposed to internal environments.

Waterborne single pack.
Up to 180 minute protection.
Thin film intumescent.
Internal C1 to C3 environment.
Tested to BS 476 part 20 and 21.
ASTM E84
