Once you have been approved for a trade account, our customer service team will be in touch with your log in details, this typically 1-2 days after your account has been opened.

Yes, more than one user can have access to your trade account, we would just need to know full names and email addresses of the members of staff, the request can be sent over to sales@ultrimaxstore.com, we will then set them up with their own individual log in details to the portal.

This can be done directly in your trade account portal, via the address book in your profile. You can amend your default address or add any additional delivery addresses if you would like products to be delivered to multiple locations.

There are a couple of ways to pay for your order, if you have a valid credit limit with us then at checkout simply select pay on account - your order will then be charged to your credit account. Alternatively, there is also an option to pay by card.
