Main Features

• FACE SEAL - In soft thermoplastic rubber

• ANTI-FOG SYSTEM - To avoid visor fogging through the control of the cold and hot air flows inside the mask without surface treatments

• BAYONET CONNECTION - Highly intuitive with a quick and safe hold on the mask and locking feedback for a better weight distribution on the mask and a wider field of vision. Compatible with BLS 200 series filters.

• FULL RANGE OF FILTERS - Including P3 pancacke filters and prefilters to be used on gas filters

• EXCELLENT FIT : top results at fit test

• EASY AND FAST MAINTENANCE - It can be disassembled in less than a minute making cleaning and maintenance much easier

• HEAD HARNESS - Thinner and lighter head harness, with quick adjustment, allowing excellent compatibility with other PPE.

• K-OMFORT 6-POINT HARNESS - High precise adjustment for uniform pressure distribution on the user’s face. harness is fixed on 6 attachment points directly to the rigid frame of the mask so as not to deform the face seal. 

• FRAME FOR PRESCRIPTION LENSES - Specific frame available as an accessory, to mount prescription lenses. Additional extra option.

• OPTICAL CLASS 1 VISOR -Panoramic visual field without optical distortions. A vitrification treatment on its surface makes it scratch resistant.

• NO PHONIC MEMBRANE - One size

• ACTIVATED CARBONS - The quality of the activated carbons used by BLS for the filtration of gases and vaours meets high standards of safety ensuring excellent filtration performances. They are produced without toxic additives such as Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI).

Materials

The full face mask is manufactured from silicone and thermoplastic. Thermoplastic moulds very easily to the shape of the face and is recylable at end of life. Silicone is excellent for users with allergies as it produces very little alergenic reaction.

This full face mask can be equipped with any specification of filters for ultimate protection against any of the below gas, vapour or particles.

◉A Organic gases and vapors with boiling point > 65 ° C
◉AX Organic gases and vapors with boiling point ≤ 65 ° C
◉B Inorganic gases and vapors (e.g. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide, hydrogen cyanide)
◉E Gas and acid vapors (e.g. sulfur dioxide, hydrochloric acid)
◉K Ammonia and derivatives
◎ P Dust, mists, fumes
