Upol Easy 3 Extra smooth finishing filler is a two component multifunctional paste used for the filling of small holes and imperfections in most substrates prior to being over-painted. Formerly called Top Stop Gold, this product has been specially formulated for the professional user. It is a very soft, smooth paste and can be easily spread in thin layers to provide the perfect surface for painting.  An easy to use ultra smooth finishing filler for skimming and fine finishing in thin layers prior to the paint process.
