Colormax Aerosol Spray Paint - High Build Primer

A primer-surfacer combining ultra-high filling properties with quick drying
times. Resulting in an easily sanded surface suitable for any
topcoat.

Colormax Aerosol High Build Primer beige is a high-quality elastomeric acrylic coating, suitable for priming steel, aluminium, plastics and fibreglass. It adds a thick, sandable coating of paint in a beige colour over a surface that has undergone a self etch priming process, aimed at removing any imperfections on the surface. In most cases, two coats of high build primer will be sufficient. You can then add your chosen topcoat to achieve the overall finish you desire for the surface you are applying it to.

Technical

Colormax Aerosol High Build Primer is a versatile product, equally effective on flexible or rigid substrates and suitable for a topcoat with most refinish materials. It will go on thick and smooth, and will not suffer from unwanted sinkage. Take care not to build up excessive thickness at the edges of an application, as these can be prone to chips. The spray is designed to make it easy to achieve a consistent, even coating every time. The Colormax aim is to help you get the best results in the easiest way possible, so you can focus on getting the job done rather than getting bogged down in unnecessary complications.

Other information

When using Colormax Aerosol High Build Primer, be sure you are in a well-ventilated space. Inhalation of the vapour/spray may cause dizziness or drowsiness, and repeated exposure can cause skin to dry and become cracked. Goggles must be worn at all times, as the formula can cause severe irritation to the eyes. If your eyes are exposed to the spray, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention. Always keep the product out of reach of children, and keep away from any sources of ignition as the formula is extremely flammable. Be advised that the formula is extremely harmful to aquatic life, and will do long-term damage. Always follow health and safety guides to protect yourself, others and the environment from harm.
