Sayerlack TZ99 2 Pack Top Coat

Sayerlack TZ99 is a premium two pack, pigmented Polyurethane topcoat for coating of any internal surfaces, such as kitchens, cabinetry and furniture. It gives exceptional durability and smoothness of finish for high-end manufacturers, and reduced discolouration from UV light compared to traditional products such as AC.

TZ99 bases must be applied only if added with solvent-based pastes TP2009.

Add to basket - then enter into the notes popup that follows - your preferred colour ( Any RAL, British Standard or Retail colour) and your preferred sheen level ie: Matt 10%, Satin 40% Gloss 80%

2 Pack Hardener Required

A Polyurethane topcoat with excellent opacity which exhibits fast drying, high build and good surface feel and hardness. Available in an unlimited colour range.

If you are looking for a high durability topcoat which is suitable for use both internally and externally, this Sayerlack polyurethane topcoat may be of interest. With high solids and low volatile organic compounds (VOC), it possesses a chemical agent resistant coating (CARC) and can stand the test of time.

This polyurethane product is intended to be used in tandem with a hardener such as Sayerlack Polyurethane Hardener TH720. It is designed to be mixed in specific amounts prior to being used, before the chemical reaction takes place. Polyurethane topcoat and hardener combinations are able to offer you fast drying properties, very good elasticity, a high level of UV stability, and effective bonding.

You will find that when combined with a hardener, Sayerlack polyurethane topcoat is very versatile, and can therefore be used with a wide variety of coating systems. Among the types of systems are airless, automatic systems, spray guns and curtain coating. Woodwork can benefit from a level of finish which is simply not attainable when using single pack coatings. This is evidenced by the superior hardness, mechanical strength and protection which is offered by the Sayerlack polyurethane topcoat.

When it comes to coating furniture - from chairs to cabinets, tables and frames - few products offer the short working times provided by Sayerlack polyurethane topcoat when combined with Sayerlack polyurethane primer.
