Powell Asked To Revamp Empty Space

When Raglan based bespoke joinery and spraying company Powells Bespoke Interiors were asked to revamp some empty space, they knew exactly how to create the desired effect. The customer wanted extra storage space with a contemporary twist on shaker doors and match the aesthetics already existing within the property.

Powell created a superb floor to ceiling 3 door wardrobe from scratch at their in-house joinery workshop, the workshop also facilitates on-site spraying allowing them to prime and topcoat the finished doors and internals in Neptune - Silver Birch. The bespoke colourway was mixed by Ultrimax in professional water based paint Sayerlack AT99.

Why Choose Sayerlack Water Based Paint AT99?

The AT99 product has a number of advanced features over other paints which is why Powell trusted it on this particular project including:

  • Cures extremely hard with good chemical resistance
  • Non yellowing acrylic waterbase topcoat
  • Two gloss levels (Matt, Satin)
  • Excellent as clear finish and colours
  • Super smooth finish
  • Mix to any RAL, BS or Retail colour desired

The AT99 water based paint is 1K, meaning no heavy airfed respiratory kit is required to remain safe when painting. 1K paint protect both the painter and property inhabitant. There is no noxious gases generated such as when using Acid Catalysed products. AT99 works perfectly as a complete system when teamed with Sayerlack water based primer AU474 which can also be tinted to match a pastel version of the top colour. By layering a matching primer with topcoat, scratches or dents that occur during usage are less noticeable to the end user therefore creating a more prestige finish and most £50k+ kitchens will follow this setup type.
