The ADE Ltd dry filter spray booth....YES it really is that big! Produced specially within a tight 6 week timeframe to ensure no production capabilities would be lost. It's easily big enough to fit a tank within it and still have room for another tank on top, it's genuinely huge and a massive structural spray booth undertaking for Ultrimax. The finished product will house large scale commercial and industrial generators which require finishing before being sent to site.
A backlog of work caused by missing the deadline would have cost ADE Ltd significant damage in production downtime. Perhaps the most notable feature about this project however is not Ultrimax's commitment to build a ground up spray booth, but the actual scale of the feat!
This booth is huge over 20ft in height and 50ft in length. Designed to spray industrial grade generators some pushing out 1000KW, enough to power 80 homes for a day. The booth was bespoke built withdry filter extraction to the rear and double side door entrances to both sides as well as the enormous front loading opening.

Thespray booth even includes custom Ultrimax CNC signs to show this is a booth - a cut above the rest.
