CHALLENGE: Whitham Mills were faced with a challenge in their old premises in Todmorden - space for a paint shop. They build quality machines for the waste & recycling industry, so the paint finish is so important to them. However, with limited space & demanding turnaround times, they wanted advice and support to achieve their goals despite the constraints.  

SOLUTION: They did a trial with Ultrimax 1. The painters liked the fact they could speed up the paint process with one application without compromising on finish quality. Also, with space being a constraint, storage of paint for 'last minute' jobs became an issue; but with next-day delivery from Ultrimax they soon found they could order on demand. With the 'support package' well established with Ultrimax, the time came when Whitham Mills relocated to larger premises. They knew they could rely 100% on us to sort the paint shop fit-out, with a brand-new spray booth installed ahead of schedule, well within budget, we made sure they were up & painting and their production throughput wasn't affected by the move.
