Challenge

Gareth from Belmont called to say he had a brand-new quarry crusher machine to change colour from black to RAL 5002 (blue). He wanted a product that would adhere to the new machine without surface preparation and gie a very durable finish that kept the machine looking brand new.

Solution

We offered our Ultrithane 21 which is a 2K polyurthane topcoat with excllent adhesion and fantastic gloss finish.

Result

The images speak for themselves, but Belmont saved a lot of time and money in preparation and primer coating and they have a crusher machine that looks brand new with a very durable coating.
