Graco Airless Manifold Short Filter

The Graco Airless Manifold Filters, filter the material from the inside to the outside. The inside space is artly filled by a rod which ensures that the material is spread over the full length. The mesh size is the number of filter wires per square inch, the finer the mesh the more wires there are.

The 30 mesh filter is suitable for filtering thicker materals such as masonry paint. If it is used with thicker materials such as intuescent coatings, this may cause an unacceptable pressure drop across the filter and the filter may be removed.

The 60 mesh filter is suitable for filtering medium thickness materials such as emulsion and acrylics. If it is used with thicker materials, this will cause an unacceptable pressure drop across the filter.

The 100 mesh filter is suitable for filtering thin materials such as varnish and gloss. If it is used with thicker materials this will cause an unacceptable drop across the filter.

The 200 mesh filter is suitable for filtering thinner materials such as stains, varhishes, and solvent-based paints. If it is used with thicker matierlas this will cause an unacceptable drop across the filter.
