We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase from our site, but we realise sometimes things go wrong. If you find you do need to return an item, we will happily refund orders up to 14 days after the day of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For unwanted goods, we will refund you the value paid if you contact us within 5 days of the day of delivery.
To return goods, contact us through your account using the link in the top right corner. Alternatively, contact us on email@example.com or 01302 856666.
The product should be returned to us in “as new” condition: unused and including the original packaging. We will inspect the item upon its return.
Refunds of the original payment for the item returned (excluding postage & packaging) will be issued within 30 days to the credit/debit card used for of the original order. Please note you are responsible for the goods until they are received at our warehouse.
Goods ordered and correctly supplied may be subject to a 20% handling charge if returned. This particularly applies to special order items. If a mixed paint colour has been ordered and supplied correctly then this cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive damaged or faulty products from us, or an item which is not what you ordered, we’re sorry. Contact us within 5 days of the day of delivery through the link at the top right, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01302 856666 and we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
