A pre-treatment solution for galvanised metal prior to painting. T-Wash is an etching wash for new bright unweathered, untreated galvanised surfaces. It creates a chemical reaction and causes the surface to turn black, which confirms that the surface has been degreased and etched. Treated surfaces are then ready for priming.
APPLICATION METHODS
Apply with brush or swab, allow for conversion (colour change)
If white deposit forms, this indicates excess solutions. Wipe off with lint free rag
If solution remains in seams, corners or crevices after conversion swill out with water
Make sure surfaces are dry before painting Product contains a small amount of phosphoric acid.
Wear suitable goggles, facemasks and gloves
