Andreae High Efficiency Spray Booth Filter - Concertina - 0.9mx9m
This Andreae Concertina Booth Filter is a highly effective spray booth filter, designed with you in mind. The concertina design allows for very easy storage in your spray booth and they last around 3-5 times longer than the polyester or fibreglass filters. With an added polyester layer on the back of the filter which increases the efficiency of the filter.
To ensure that the filter is performing to the highest level, make sure that the peaks of the filter are around 4cm apart to optimise the filtration and create a clean and healthy spray booth.
Guaranteed worker safety
To ensure a spray booth is operating to its maximum ability, the spray booth environment must be properly sealed. An air system will create the optimum airflow for a booth but this airflow must be properly filtered to protect the quality of items painted in the spray booth and the booth workers. A spray booth concertina filter effectively filters the air to prevent harmful chemicals and particles being breathed in by individuals both inside and outside the booth. This creates a safe work environment for workers and reduces any major health and safety risks.
Quality spray booth filters create quality products
Constructed from quality built heavy ""kraft"" paper and with a polyester layer on its back, a spray booth extract filter roll prevents contaminants, such as heavy dust particles, from entering a spray booth. This is beneficial as it ensures solvent and lacquer-based paint jobs can be completed to a high-standard without contaminants compromising the finish of the paintwork. An effective filtration system will save time and money spent on correcting poor paint jobs caused by a compromised spray booth environment.
A spray booth filter must be changed regularly to maintain high-quality standards within the spray booth. The recommended replacement time of a spray booth can vary, depending on the how busy and frequently the spray booth is used, but in general, panel spray booth filters should be changed within two to five months of installation and ceiling filters less frequently only every six to twelve months. However, these are just rough guides and it is up to the person responsible to ensure that the filters are being changed often enough.
