Bespoke Colour Bespoke Gloss Level Cellimax Aerosol

Our Cellimax Bespoke range offers a unique industrial spray paint advantage. Easy to use aerosol with spray gun style nozzle but available to order in any of your favourite, RAL, NCS, British Standard or Retail colours.

Ideal for metal finishing or woodwork spraying thsi rapid drying aerosol can be tack free in 10minutes with an excellent gloss and build straight from the nozzle.

Refinish imperfections on-site or fully coat components and sections in your preferred colour and gloss choice.

Aerosol Composition

Nitrosynthetic enamel is a very rapid air drying high gloss coating which is very easy to apply by spray. It can polished to remove surface imperfections and is capable of producing an automotive quality of finish. It is used a little in these sectors, when a high gloss, rapid drying hard wearing finish is required.

Surface Preparation

On metal it is applied over a cellulose primer, and on wood over MDF Primer or Cellulose Sanding Sealer. Surfaces must be dry, sound and free from dirt, dust, rust and grease. Previously painted glossy surfaces should be lightly abraded prior to application to promote adhesion, and checked that they do not react with cellulose thinners prior to applying Nitrosynthetic Enamel. Should this occur, a barrier /buffer coat should be applied.
