Product Description

Jotun Aluminium HR Paint

This is a single pack alkyd, heat resistant paint coating. Heat resistant up to 250 °C. Can be used as an exterior aluminium finish usually within an alkyd system. Can be used as primer, mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel and aluminium substrates.

Heat resistant paints are designed for the protection of surfaces and substrates that are exposed to high temperatures and rapid changes of temperatures. The heat resistant qualities ensure that the product is protected from the high temperature and doesn't fail as a result of the high temperatures.

Areas of use for Jotun Heat Resistant Paint

Heat resistant paint is designed for use on parts and products that come into contact with high temperatures. This includes exhaust pipes, engine parts and process piping to name a few.

Application of Jotun Aluminium Paint HR

Spray: Use air spray or airless spray

Brush: Recommended for small areas. Take care to achieve the recommended paint thickness

Roller: Can be used for small areas although not recommended for first primer coat. Take care to achieve the recommended paint thickness
