A versatile product,  these filters rolls are comprised of two layers - 1 initial filtration layer in white and a secondary blue coloured layer acting as further filtration. Often known in the industry as PSD290 roll a term refering to its density.

Rated to G2, G3 and G4 EN levels and comprised of synthetic blue and white material, treated with an adhesive product that increases its capacity to catch and retain loose particles in the air and therefore helps produce a premium paint finish.

Why Use A Secondary Filter Media As A Spray Booth Filter?

Typically found behind a primary paint particle stop made from glass fibre, the secondary media plays a vital role in particle capture. Can be used as inlet or extract media, secondary media captures smaller particles and prevents them entering the extract system.

This filter has an average holding capacity as follows:

Dust holding capacity - 504 g/m²

Average Arrestance: 91%

Health and Safety

A booth filter is cost-effective as it is able to regulate the quality of air both inside and outside the spray booth. As a pre-input filter, it prevents any particles or impurities from entering the spray booth. Simultaneously, the product works as a second stage extraction filter which ensures all air leaving the booth is safe and free from hazardous chemicals. Without an effective filtration system, employees working in or around the spray booth may breathe in dangerous products which can have serious health consequences.
